The Paint the Way Program offers a unique internship experience focused on real-world impact and deep integration within our teams. From day one, interns contribute to active client projects, gaining valuable industry experience. In-person events foster a strong sense of community and connection, while mentorship and guidance from senior team members provide personalized support. Paint the Way interns are treated as integral team members, their ideas and contributions valued. While interns may focus on a specific discipline, the program provides exposure to the interconnectedness of various roles within the company, helping them make informed career decisions. This holistic approach ensures a well-rounded experience that prepares interns for success in their chosen fields.
